NOTICE

NOTICE: The New York State Racing and Wagering Board's Bureau of Licensing, in collaboration with the Divisioin of Criminal Justice Services, is implementing electronic fingerprinting effective January. 1, 2010.

Licensing

All participants in New York State racing are required to obtain occupational licenses which are issued on a date of birth basis for one, two or three years.

Applications for an occupational license may be submitted to the Board's Albany, New York office or to one of the Board offices located at each  harness track and thoroughbred track.
