To NYS Charitable Director and Licensed Authorized Organizations:

The New York State Racing and Wagering Board will be conducting a series of Charitable Gaming seminars in the upcoming months in 2007 aimed to help organizations comply with the various rules and regulations governing the conduct of licensed authorized charitable Games of Chance and Bingo.

Staff will be on-hand to answer any questions, or cover any topics, regarding all aspects of licensed authorized games of chance and bingo including licensing, internal controls, compliance, financial reporting, etc.  The Board is also encouraging attendees to submit any topic areas and ideas, two weeks prior to each meeting, that they wish for the Board’s staff to cover.  Suggestions can be forwarded to the Charitable Gaming Department by way of mail, phone, or email as provided below.

Statewide charitable organizational representatives in the state are welcome to attend all events.  Any questions, or inquires regarding any of the schedules events can be directed to the Board’s Charitable Gaming Unit at 518-395-5400 at extension 1304.
